SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMS



We want all our youth members to be well-rounded athletes, equipped with the resources to enhance their performance and recovery. Similar to technical skills training, having a strong foundation is instrumental to longterm, consistent development! Check out the link below to view the Strength & Conditioning Supplement, created by Nikia Evas, 2007 Girls Head Coach.

Nikia is an accredited performance coach via the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is in the process of finishing the BioForce Certified Conditioning Coach Course as well. 

The Strength & Conditioning Supplement has sections geared towards each academy age group, but every athlete's starting point is different. Make sure you've master the basics as outlined in the Play oriented & learning foundations of movement section to assess your abilities before progressing further. If you are already equipped for the Building on foundations and learning efficient movement patterns or Optimizing movement patterns sections, it is  important to revisit foundational movements, similar to ball work progressions.
