To request financial aid to the recreational program, please fill out the following form and return to SSC.
Financial aid is not guaranteed. It is also limited and based evaluation of afamily’s need by houshold income.
Refund Policy
All Southside Soccer Club Recreational fees are non-refundable after teams are formed. The team formation date will be posted on the SSC website.
If a player has to pull out of the season before team formation, a $25 admin fee will be charged.
If a player is injured insuch a manner that the player is unable to participate in the remainder of the seasonal year, the Director of Operations will make a determination if any part of the fee is refundable on a pro-rated basis.
To request a refund due to a season-ending injury, a medical doctor’s letter must accompany the written
request verifying the injury and that the injury prevents the player from participating. If the player
moves beyond a reasonable travel distance before the end of the season, a portion of the yearly
club fee may be refunded.
