· Financial Aid Assistance is limited and based on evaluation of a family’s need by household income.
· Documentation to show proof of the need for financial assistance can include enrollment in the free or reduced lunch program in the public school system, or other forms of public assistance.
· Additional information and special circumstance may also be used to review and approve a
player's need for financial assistance.
· Approval of financial assistance is not a guarantee of assistance for future seasons.
· Attendance at all practices and games year round is mandatory
· Club uniform are not included in financial assistance
· If a player on Financial Aid Assistance decides to leaves a SSC team before
the program year end, the player's parents are may be required to pay the standard club program fee for the entire year. This will be determined by the Director of Coaching
· All households receiving Financial Aid are required to do a minimum of 12 hours of club service.
If a household refuses to make a household member available for club service, the financial aid will be revoked and the standard club fee will be required
