Guidelines for Check-in

• 6 copies of your roster (an approved roster from your club registrar, US Club Soccer or State Association)
• Player Cards (either your State Association or US Club Soccer)
• Copies of Medical Releases for each player
• Player numbers listed or on Roster for Ages U11-U14 only.
• Travel Papers if necessary

U10 and under do not need photos on player cards just verification from Club register they are in either US Club, US Youth Soccer or State Association.
