Stay and Play Tournament
This tournament is considered a stay and play tournament.
All teams requiring overnight accommodation must secure them through the
use of one of our contacted hotels. Our hotels offer great pricing and accommodation for our teams.
*Any exceptions must be approved by the Tournament Director via email
prior to the first day of play for the tournament.
Agreements have been reached with hotels to create partnerships that will add to your team’s overall tournament experience at the Chinook Cup.
Our partner hotels are located within 5 miles of field locations.
Each Hotel Partner will charge their own rates and all rates are subject to the applicable lodging taxes.
While rooming lists can be changed as often as necessary, up to the hotel’s cut-off date, the majority of hotels will ask for an initial rooming list within two weeks of the reservations being made.
Each hotel will determine their own cut-off dates for cancellations after booking are made, so make sure you are aware of important hotel deadlines.
